📍 Finding Our Workshop

Our workshop is located within a private building.

Detailed directions, including the full address and meeting instructions, will be sent in your booking confirmation email. When you arrive, simply head to the reception area at your scheduled time, and we'll personally meet you there and accompany you to the workshop.

If you have any trouble finding us on the day of your visit, please don't hesitate to contact us—we'll be happy to help.

• If you're unable to attend, kindly let us know as early as possible so another customer may enjoy the slot.
• As each session is reserved exclusively for one customer, we kindly ask that only the booked guest attends unless arranged with us in advance.
• Customisation requests will be accommodated during your appointment where possible. More complex requests may require additional time after your visit.
• Payment can be made during your shopping session using our available payment methods.
